Resisted ankle plantarflexion (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your foot resting on the floor, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Wrap a resistance band under the sole of your foot and hold onto the ends in your hands.
Straighten your knee and place your heel on the floor with your toes pointed toward the ceiling.
When ready, push the ball of your foot into the resistance of the band leading with your toes.
Slowly return to the start position, and repeat.
