Resisted behind the neck pull down

Start by standing with your knees slightly bent and a mini band around both wrists or hands. Bend your upper body slightly forwards from the hips, straighten your arms to an overhead position and lengthen your neck.

Slightly stretch the band and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Feel the tension between your shoulder blades, bend your arms and bring the mini band behind your neck. Then straighten your arms back to the overhead position.
