Resisted crossover reverse fly in forward lean (Wheelchair)

Resisted crossover reverse fly in forward lean (Wheelchair)

If available, you can use a cable machine for this exercise.
Alternatively, fix a resistance band to two solid objects at footrest height either side of you.
Place your feet on the footrests, and ensure your brakes are applied.
When ready, use your arms to help support you in leaning forwards and rest your upper body against your thighs.
Hold one resistance band in each hand with your arms crossed.
Pick up the slack in the resistance bands by wrapping them around your hands.
When ready, uncross your arms and lift your bent elbows towards the ceiling, pulling through the resistance.
You will finish this movement with your arms out by your sides and the resistance bands crossed.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
