Resisted decline rotations ("Woodchop" Trunk rotation/flexion strengthening, with band (high); 01)

Anchor your band high up and stand sideways to it.
Hold the band in both hands, and lift your arms up and out to the side nearest the band.
Bring the band across your chest, down towards your opposite hip, keeping your elbows only slightly softened.
Rotate your torso with your back straight as you do this movement.
