Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold your arms shoulder-width apart in front of you, and wrap a resistance band around your hands to create some tension.
Ensure your shoulders remain relaxed with your neck long.
Keeping this neutral posture, bend your elbows pulling the band back towards your chest.
Your forearms should remain horizontal with your hands pointing forwards throughout.
Hold this position for the duration as instructed by your therapist.
