Resisted index finger abduction (Finger (index) abduction strengthening, with band, palm down)
Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your palm facing down, fingers together and flat on the table.
Wrap the band around your fingers.
Keeping your other fingers still, move your index finger slowly towards your thumb.
Move your index finger as far as you can before controlling the movement against the band to return to the starting position.
Required equipment: Table, Resistance band, Chair
