Resisted knee flexion seated (Knee flexion hamstring strengthening, with band, sitting)

Start in a seated position and place a band around your ankles.
One leg acts as the anchor, whilst the symptomatic leg is going to do the work.
Pull the heel of the symptomatic leg back towards you, bending the knee against the resistance of the band.
Control the movement as you return to the start position.

Required equipment: Resistance band, Adjustable plinth/bed
