Resisted lateral sling step up with posterior shoulder cuff activation ("Step ups" Hip/knee extension strengthening - lifting opposite arm, with band)
Stand up straight and place one foot on a step with a resistance band secured under your foot.
Hold the other end of the band in your opposite hand next to your hip.
Ensure there is tension in the band.
Step up straightening your knee while simultaneously reaching forwards and up toward the ceiling with your hand against the resistance of the band.
Control the movement as you return to the starting position and repeat.
