Resisted low rows in standing

If available, you can use a cable machine for this exercise.
Alternatively, fix a resistance band to a solid object at hip height.
Hold the resistance band with one end in each hand slightly in front of you.
If needed, step back to build tension in the band.
Stand with your feet a hip-width apart and soften your knees.
When ready, pull your elbows back and draw your shoulder blades together.
Control the movement as you return your hands to the start position.
Repeat.
