Resisted Pallof press – vertical lifts (Wheelchair)

If available, you can use a cable machine for this exercise.
Alternatively, fix a resistance band to a solid object at chest height.
Sit in your wheelchair with the resistance band to one side and hold the end between your hands close to your body.
Next, slowly straighten your arms forwards whilst maintaining tension in the band.
Keep your shoulders level and avoid rotating at your trunk throughout this exercise.
Continue to maintain tension in the band as you move your hands vertically up down.
