Resisted scapular retraction (Shoulder extension/scapular retraction strengthening, with band (mid), arms bent, standing)

Stand up straight with a resistance band tied around a solid object in front of you.
Hold the ends of the band in both hands.
Bend your elbows to 90 degrees and gather some tension in the band.
Pull on the band, driving your elbows directly backwards.
Focus on pulling your shoulder blades back and together as you do this movement.
Return to the start position.
