Resisted short arc quads - Knee end-range extension
Sit on the floor with your legs straight.
You should have an ankle weight attached to one ankle and a towel roll or a foam roll under the same side knee.
Keep the back of your knee against the roll and straighten your knee.
Hold it straight for a moment and then in a controlled manner let the knee bend back to the starting position.
Required equipment: Towel, Weights, free, Mat, Foam Roller
