Resisted shoulder extension in supine (Shoulder extension strengthening, with band overhead, arm straight, supine)
Lie on your back holding a resistance band and raise your weaker arm above your head.
Slowly pull the band back towards your side.
Let the band recoil as you steadily bring your arm back above your head.
Keep your back and neck muscles relaxed throughout the exercise.
Required equipment: Resistance band, Adjustable plinth/bed
