Resisted sideways tip-toe walking with ER ("Toe walking, to side" Ankle plantar flexion/hip external rotation strengthening, with band, around thighs)
Stand up straight with your legs hips with apart and your feet turned out.
Tie a resistance band just above your knees.
Rise up onto your toes, ensuring your knees point diagonally outwards.
Step to one side, maintaining this alignment.
Continue this movement one way, and then the other.
