Resisted Single-leg Squat on Step Board

Stand on a step board with one foot. Tie an exercise band around your thigh just above the knee with the other end attached horizontally out to the side from the leg.

Bend the standing leg and move the other leg to the side. Do not let your knee move forward past your toes. Stay in this position for a moment and then press back up to the starting position. Maintain the knee position facing forward and inline with the toes.
