Resisted single side step (Hip abduction strengthening, with band, stepping to side)

Start in a standing position with your knees slightly bent and your legs slightly apart.
Place a resistance band under your both feet.
Hold the the other end with both hands to keep some tension on the band.
With one leg take a step to the side against the resistance from the band.
Then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
