Resisted thumb radial abduction (extension) with therapy putty (Thumb radial abduction (extension) strengthening, with putty, palm down)

Sit upright in a chair with your affected arm on the table and your palm facing down.
Use your opposite hand to loop the putty over your thumb before moving your thumb away from your other fingers, stretching the putty.
