Resisted trunk rotations in stand (both hands) (Upper trunk rotation strengthening, with band (to side), standing)

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Attach the band out to one side to something secure.
Hold the band in both hands, and bring your arms out straight in front of you.
Keeping your arms straight, rotate your body away from the band.
Hold this position, and then slowly bring yourself back to the middle before you repeat the movement.
Ensure you keep your shoulders relaxed.
The slower you perform the movement, the harder the exercise will be.
