Resisted trunk rotations on decline (Trunk rotation/flexion strengthening, with band (high), to side, standing)

Anchor the resistance band overhead and to one side.
Stand side on to the band.
Grasp the band in both hands, and lift your arms up and out to the side nearest the band.
Bring the band across your chest, down towards your opposite hip, keeping your elbows only slightly softened.
Rotate your torso with your back straight as you do this movement.
