Resisted Upper Trunk Rotation on a Half Ball

Stand on a half ball and hold onto a resistance band with both hands, with arms at chest level. The other end of the resistance band safely fixed to one side, so that in the starting position slack is taken off.

Keep your pelvis still and pointing forward, pull the band rotating from your trunk. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
