Start by sitting at the table. With your assistive hand, hold one end of an exercise band by your side and place it behind your back and over the opposite shoulder. With the other hand, grasp the other end of the exercise band over the shoulder and support the elbow on the table.
Bending from the wrist, pull the band moving your pinkie downwards. Maintain neutral position in your wrist; straight line from the elbow to the thumb hook. Return to the starting position.
