Reverse bicep curl with dumbbells (brachialis) (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a weight in each hand with your palms facing downwards.
Keeping your elbows by your sides, slowly bend your elbows throughout the full range of motion, taking the backs of your hands towards your shoulders.
Control the movement as you lower your hands back down to the start position.
Pause, and then repeat.
