Reverse lunge into explosive hop (with step) (Lunge, backward, into explosive hop, opposite foot on step, behind)

Stand up straight with a step placed a pace behind you.
Rest the toes of one foot onto the step, with your other remaining on the ground.
Keeping the movement flowing, drop your hips directly down towards the floor, bending both of your knees to 90 degrees.
When ready, push down through the heel of your forwardmost foot to generate upward momentum, hopping into the air.
Use your arms to generate upward momentum.
Upon landing, regain your balance, and repeat.
Your rear foot should remain in contact with the step throughout this exercise.
Continue as instructed.
