Reverse lunge to step up with knee drive

Stand behind a step.
Place one foot on the step and then step backwards with the other foot to lower down into a squat.
Push back up with weight on your front leg.
Swing your back leg through in a explosive manner driving your forwards and up.
Your supporting leg should be fully extended.
Step back down with your free leg and repeat the movement.
