Reverse lunge to step up - with knee drive
Stand behind a step.
Step backward with one leg and squat down.
Push back up with your weight through your front foot.
Swing your back leg through, place it onto the step, and in an explosive manner step up driving the knee of your free leg forwards and up.
Your supporting leg should be fully extended at your knee.
Step back down with your free leg and repeat the movement.
