Reverse Plank – supine on a stability ball with UL 90/90 (Shoulder horizontal abduction/scapular retraction strengthening, arms L-position, supine on stability ball, feet on wall)

Sit up straight on a stability ball facing a wall.
Lie face up onto the stability ball with it positioned under your shoulder blades.
Place your feet against the wall with your knees bent and your arms by your sides.
Maintain a neutral spine and engage your deep abdominal muscles throughout this exercise.
Simultaneously pinch your shoulder blades together and reach your arms into a 90/90 position as you push your feet into the wall, extending your knees until your body is in a straight line from head to heels.
The ball should now be positioned at your hips.
Pulse your arms up and down.
Pause, then return to the start position with control.
