Rib self mobilisation in standing (Ribs self mobilization, with ball, against wall, standing)
Stand up straight with your back to a wall.
Place a ball over your affected area and lean it against the wall.
Punch the elbow on your affected side forwards, placing your other hand over your elbow to provide resistance.
Hold this position, and then relax.
Continue this movement rhythmically.
