Rolling gym ball forward with hands - version 2
Start in a kneeling position with a stability ball placed in front of you.
Lean on the ball with your hands and roll it forward by extending your elbows, pivoting on your knees.
Make sure you keep the 'imaginary line' through your shoulders and knees and that your knees are kept parallel to each other.
Do not arch your lower back.
