Rolling supine to prone on a stability ball ('Baby development' Rolling supine to prone, on stability ball)
Kneel on the floor with the stability ball in front of you.
Lie your baby on their back on the ball and support them around the trunk.
Roll them to one side and over on to their tummy.
Then roll your baby back onto their back.
Practice this in both directions.
Required equipment: Stability Ball, Ball - large, Assistant
