Rolling to the hemiplegic side ('ADL' Bed mobility - lying, rolling toward weaker side)
Lie on your back with your legs stretched out in front of you.
Rest your weaker arm across your stomach.
Lift up your stronger leg so that your knee is bent and your foot is flat on the floor.
Push through this leg and reach over with your strong arm to roll towards your weaker side.
You can use your strong arm to support you whilst you lie in this position.
