Rotational obliques unidirectional ("Halo" Core/shoulder girdle strengthening, with dumbbell, CW CCW)
Take a dumbbell and hold it in both hands.
Bring the dumbbell towards one hip and throw it up over your shoulder around your head like a halo and then back to the opposite hip.
Reverse the direction, up to the other shoulder, around the head to the opposite hip and back.
