Rowing with trunk extension - cable machine
Sit upright facing a cable machine and grasp the handle with both hands.
Take control of the weight and lower your chest down towards the ground by bending your hips.
From this position, simultaneously pull the cable and raise your chest up.
At the end of the movement, you should sit upright with your elbows pointing behind you.
Return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
Required equipment: Bench, Machine - resistance/weights, Chair
