Scapula Depression in Sitting

Sit on the edge of a couch/ bench with hands on the support and elbows as straight as possible.

Push your shoulders downwards into the couch/bench, lifting the buttocks off the seat slightly. Try to move your bottom from side to side in a controlled manner.

Relax after the prescribed amount of time and repeat.
