Scapula push up - Wall push up plus

Stand facing a wall and lean your hands against the wall with straight arms. Align your body through your heels to the top of your head.

Press through your hands while feeling a widening of your upper back and chest as you move away from the wall. Keep your elbows straight and slowly release the press, allowing your shoulder blades to glide back towards your spine, and then push back up again.
