Scapula Push-up on Elbows on the Ball

Balance on your forearms and toes, forearms on a ball.
Shoulders aligned above elbows.
Lengthen and align your body through the heels to the top of your head.
Keep the plank aligned.
Push through your elbows so that your chest is lifted up and shoulder blades slide forward against the rib cage.
Maintain width across the chest and upper back.
Lower the chest to the starting position.
