Scapular stability prone over stability ball (Scapular retraction/depression strengthening isometric, prone over stability ball)
Kneel on the floor with a stability ball in front of you.
Roll forwards over the ball until you are lying over it with the ball under your hips.
Place hands on the floor under your shoulders.
Draw your shoulder blades back and down and tighten your stomach muscles.
Keep your legs out straight behind you.
Hold this position.
