Scarecrow (Shoulder abduction/horizontal adduction AROM, dynamic warm up, standing)

Bring your arms out to the side.
Bring them up over your head, crossing your arms.
Straighten your back out and then bring your arms out in front of you.
Cross your arms in front of your chest, back to the side, and return to the start position.
Bring your arms to the side and cross them over the top of your head.
FInally, cross them in front of your chest.
