Seated back and hamstring stretch
Sit on the floor with one leg bent with the sole of your foot against the inner thigh of the other leg.
Feel your weight through your sitting bones and bend from your hips while reaching with your hand towards the foot, stretching through your back and arm.
Allow your inhale to gently lengthen and widen your back and your exhale to relax and release tensions.
