Seated Ball Clocks (JEMS)
Start: Sit towards the front of your chair with one hand on the ball in front of you. Imagine a clock face on the floor, with 12 o'clock straight in front of you.
Movement: Fold forward from the hips and move the ball straight out in front of you to 12 o'clock. Return to the start and repeat, moving the ball to different numbers on the clock face.
Required equipment: Stability Ball, Ball - large, Chair
