Seated Bicep Curls with Dumbbells
Sit up straight holding dumbbells in both hands with your arms straight and palms facing inwards.
Rotate your hands to point forward, bend your elbows and bring the dumbbells towards your shoulders. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner. Repeat.
Note: Keep your upper arms still and only bend from your elbows.
Required equipment: Bench, Dumbbell, Weights, free
