Sit on a chair or a stool with your arms straight by your side, holding dumbbells in both hands (palms facing inward). Keep your spine effortlessly elongated and maintain width across your collar bones.

Bend your elbows and bring your palms towards your shoulders. In a controlled manner, straighten back to the starting position.
