Seated Dumbbell Bent-over Row

Sit on a chair holding dumbbells in both hands and bend over from your hips. Let your arms hang towards the floor.

Pull your elbows backwards and feel your shoulder blades moving towards the spine. Straighten your arms back to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Note. Lengthen and align your spine through your sitting bones to the top of your head. Maintain the width of your chest and back.
