Seated hamstring stretch (Hamstring stretch, leaning forward, over straight leg, sitting)

Sit on the floor.
Keep your affected leg out straight and out to the side.
Bend your other leg so that your foot is next to your thigh.
Lean forward reaching your hand down your straight leg.
Feel a stretch down the back of your leg.
Hold this position.
