Seated hip adductor stretch
Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet together and knees out to the side.
Bring your weight over to the sitting bones and straighten your back to neutral. Lean forward until you feel a stretch in your inner thighs. You can increase the stretch by pushing your knees towards the floor.
