Seated hip flexion with weight
Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Place a weight around the lower thigh of the leg you would like to exercise.
Try to remain upright as you lift your knee towards the ceiling.
In a controlled manner, lower your leg back to the starting position.
