Seated Hip Mobility Flow

Start by sitting on the floor with both legs bent and feet flat on the floor at hip-width or wider.

Keep your feet in place and drop the knees towards the floor on one side.
Rise onto your knees and straighten your rear hip. Move weight onto your front knee and bring the other leg forwards. Place the foot flat on the floor and straighten the rear hip once more. Reverse the movement back to starting position and repeat towards the other side.
