Seated Knee End-Range Extension Stretch - version 2
Start by sitting on the floor.
Prop yourself by elbows.
Place a rolled towel or half bolster under your ankle.
Straighten your knee by tightening your thigh muscles.
Try to touch the floor with the back of your knee.
Required equipment: Towel, Mat, Yoga bolster
