Seated knee extension/flexion with ball (AROM)

Sit up straight in a chair.
Stretch out leg out in front of you, heel resting on a stability ball, the other leg bent with foot flat on the floor.
Pull your heel towards your hips, allowing your knee to bend and ball to travel with your foot.
Hold briefly and then extend your leg back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
