Seated knee hugs 2 ("Knee hugs" Hip/lumbar extensors stretch (alternate), sitting; 03)

Sit upright in a chair.
Retract your shoulders back and down.
Bring your knee up toward your chest and hug it into your chest.
Hold for few seconds and then switch legs.
Stay upright with your shoulders retracted and down.
