Seated Knee Raise with Arm Stretch (JEMS)

Seated Knee Raise with Arm Stretch (JEMS)

Sit with feet flat on the floor, feeling the pressure through the midline of each foot. Draw yourself up from the top of your head until you can feel your weight dropping through your sitting bones. Stretch one arm up to the ceiling.
Move your other arm straight to the side. Peel the foot on the opposite side from the floor so that your knee lifts. Your pelvis will remain level and facing forward.

Required equipment: Stability Ball
