Seated lumbar rotation on machine

Sit upright on the machine with your hands grasping the handles.
Ensure the machine is properly adjusted to you before beginning.
Rotate your lower body to one side as far as you are able against resistance.
In a controlled manner, return back to the starting position.
Continue facing straight ahead throughout the movement.
Repeat in both directions.
